Zahedi too will be called trash by Pfdc if he ever gets a chance!

Playing as a striker with a team you have never played with and excelling in 2 games is not common...just ask trash Azmoun.

there's a reason he barely lasted a season outside of Irano
Moghanlou can be a good fit for GNs tactics. He is tall and can win headers and his finishing is not bad. It jus takes him a while to get comfortable with the other players around him. It took him a couple games when he was in Pp and also a couple games with Sepahan.

I am not a professional football player nor a professional coach but have enough football years under my belt to be able to tell the fit and caliber of a player after watching the first few moves and balls touches.

When I saw Moghanlou in the TM line up, i was very much hoping and looking forward to pairing a skillful striker as a partner for Taremi, although I had my doubts about him!!! ... . After watching two full games of him playing I have to say, I was very disappointed with his performance and I am not talking about his lack of scoring goals, but overall he was just not the right fit for the team. And to those of you who think time will make him a better performer, I have to say I have never seen that happen before. A player either has it or he doesn't! .. He is a tall striker, but not every tall has what it takes to deliver. His movements, shots, headers are below the skill level of a player desired at international level.

And that brings me to who else. .. well, I don't know a lot about Zahedi, but watching some clips of his goals, I can tell he has much better skills than Moghanlou. His shots and headers are often impressive. He has a good sense for the way to the goal! ..I would say he definitely deserves to be tested. May be he can fill GN's IPL fantasy of having a tall striker in TM reminiscent of Ali Daie era which I think GN is still stuck in! May be next he will looking to find someone like Azizi (God forbid) or MahdaviKia!! ..... Who knows!

Maghanlou is total waste. GN even played him for more then 80 minutes against Kenya where Magonlou proved again to be a waste. I dont have much confidence in GN. He is fine for domestic clubs but not in International competitions. He never achieved anything Internationally and I don't understand why Tag picked him as TM coach. However now that he is TM coach I hope this time around he would do better and make us proud.

I agree, but A.G is the best worst option we have right now, our nation is in turmoil and no qualified foreign international coach will ever come to Iran in these times.

Our olagh IFF get worse coach, worse kit (both in quality and design with the same sponsor), worse social media than our IPL teams

Obviously the gap between big 2 and the rest is huge, but give Moghanlou a break please, he was on his first 2 caps, he proved many times in past that he can score and be a plus because of his physical presence and on the air and ground abilities, he proved that in ACL and league.
People hyping Zahedi here but the guy has too much up& down, now warming the bench in crappy team of crappier league!!!
The reality is our depth in forward become thiner with both Sardar and Taremi getting older!!

Sport minister gave direct order to Taj not to hire
any pgl coaches which their club oppose.
Taj negotiated with both of them,
                          Their club said no.

I trully missed Sardar Azmon he is far better than likes of Maghalou. I have a feeling that GN may have ignored and/or disrespect Sardar. I hope GN cools down his ego and have a friendly talk with Sardar convince him to come back to TM. TM needs Sardar not Maghanlou. We love you Sardar come back please.
