Relegate all domestic coaches to early youth development level. Train and educate retired and current legionaires to junior level coaches. Then hire top guys for top senior vacancies.

Then adopt and implement youth systems that are state if the art. Ie french or german systems.

every coach that csnt make the cut should be sent to unemployment agency.

      - Took the players to an orphanage to be in touch with the people

      - Tied a decent Russia team that just went on to beat Iraq 2-0, an Iraq that just won the Persian Gulf Cup which isn't a small feat
      - Beat Kenya with one of the top strikers playing in club Asian football, one of the highest paid as well
      - We also scored two set pieces, which we haven't in ages especially under Skocic

ALL THIS IN ONE WEEK. So chill on the negativity and try to think of the benefits. There is still a lot to grow on. The general has not done bad in his first week in office. Give him a chance.
We should imagine general with blonde wig and blue contact lenses. And refer to him as AMIRIANO GALENONINO.
Chi bah bah o chah chahi rah biyofteh.
WHEN PEOPLE START BASHING TM and it's new hc after 20 minutes into the match , that tells you their soccer iq level is same as my bibi(grand ma mother) soccer match is 90 minutes. Results what is matter.
      GENERAL RECORD
      11 WINS
      7 DRAW
      1 L

ALL WE ARE SAYING IS GIVE
      amiriano galenonino a chance
Like we have given chance until end of the asian cup, unless players refuse to play for him like in skocic situation THEN IS ok TO PULL THE PLUG ON HIM , if not general deserves chance until end of the ac.

The only excuse I can give to the charlatan is a lot of euro legionnaires were missing and he tried lots of new players at the same time (the wrong ones of course).

After Russia, I thought we were out of perspective with 0 new exciting players injected.

After Kenya, it is worse than everything. Not only we have 0 perspective (see all the crap subbed), the win will confort the charlatan and all the incompetent media behind him. Icing on the cake is the Enayati/khatibi 2.0.

        Our players are the circus.

One stages a coup d état to replace the head coach.
Some come and go as they want, one day they play, the next day don't even show up to training because someone hurt their feelings.
One retires from TM because someone commented something negative on his instagram page or didn't like his new profile picture or whatever.

We need a strong man with legitimacy. GN is completely incompetent and was IFF last choice in their list, even below other iranian. Who will respect someone like that.

Too early to judge Amir NewCastle. However, I think the players are a bigger problem than him. They were back to playing selfish, pointless football without a hint of modern efficient passing. They played much better under Skocic and CQ.

Granted, this Kenya team looked like an amateur team, but still. I think we need a preferably foreign coach that will not put up with this kind of shit. I hope TM gets it together, but we really need more of a disciplinarian than an actual coach. CQ turned his fortunes around when he got rid of Rahmati and that defender dude, and others fell in line. We need someone like that again.

Quick question? Did we ever score a set play goal under CQ or even a goal off a header? Already we see how useless CQ was! It's 2 friendlies. Don't crucify GN like we did Skocic. Even CQ had shock results against Orlando Pirates, Turkmenistan and Palestine...at least we won!

That being said I am worried about some of the play I saw today.

Ps. Interesting as well Qatar did not take advantage of the fifa window. CQ arrogance will destroy their football.

We scored many. I don't remember them all but I do remember that we did score many. Nekounam scored against S.Korea from a corner. Dejagah scored a direct FK in his debut. All the goals against Iraq after Pooladi got the red card were from corners. We even scored a couple goals from throw in.

How do you know GN is incompetent? Players should know their place and do what they are supposed to do, which is play football and not create fitnah, have childish behaviour, become wannabe social media influencers or politicians etc.

When our best player is not playing for Porto, our second best player is not warming Leverkusen's bench and our third best player which you all compared to Son doest fail to get playing time for teams such as Brighton, then we can discuss if GN is below this amazing team that failed to reach the WC knockout stages or win the Asian Cup for 40+ years. Even I am a good enough coach for this team.

The real problem is that IFF thinks or hopes everything can be magically fixed by appointing a new coach. What we need is a better grassroot system, better facilities, youth academies etc. We need to modernise our football to keep up with the rest of the world. Not a new coach every year!

Bro you have to be trolling. CQs teams literally scored half the time one set pieces. We scored set piece goals against Morocco, South Korea, and Chile for starters

It's been 16 years since he last coached TM and he still champions the same crap football, zero self development. What's even worse is that this guy is one of IPL's good coaches.

Ozone has blinding hate for CQ. Blinding being the key word. Come on bro, we scored tons of set piece goals under CQ - including some of our most famous goals.

GN is what you saw today. There will be no adjustments nor improvements. Friendlies won't help, it will just expose him more. For example, the whole stadium saw how useless Shariyar Moghanlou was the past two games, and he got subbed - in 91st minute! We were playing with 10 men out there.

We scored two goals today - the first one was an offside and the second was a comical own goal by the Kenyan keeper.

Yes we did. It took me .1 seconds to recall our goal against Iraq in AC 2015, Azmoun, PAG. and Gucci

Before you say that was 2015 blah blah - still goals under CQ from header set pieces. Probably could think of more too

CQ haters won't just let up

                                3 people offside.
