Above line up against teams in pot b,c,d in Asian cup 4-1-4-1
Haji and Cheshmi can support
lets call it 3-2-1-3-1 / 3-3-3-1 or possible 4-4-2
and sub in shoja for cheshmi if we need duo of cb
we would have Taremi Azmoun connection plus Zahedi Sayyadmanesh upfront, who also played together and Shoja Kaanani Beira Haji and Rezaeian plus ghoddos getting some space to push and start plays. Kaanani has a good foot and cheshmi aswell as ezza for good passes AC is home Kateb plz tell Oracle to tell Ando to translate this to General 👌
perfect mix for winning team
our team would be so heavy to play against 1 real cb would go for atleast 75 minutes 😎✌️
You don’t trust Rezaeian or Moharrami?
Khalilzadeh was good defensively as RB against S.Korea but does he have good enough crosses?
nope not at all. Rezaeian is too risky….he can be the reason your team wins or loses a game, I don’t want that in AC. I think he has matured since then mentally but I still don’t trust him.
Shoja definitely has good enough crosses to play as RB. At both Persepolis and Al Rayaan he was used as a RB quite a bit….I personally like him more as a RB vs CB because his errors are not as costly.

Shoja also played rb in sepahan as well , so he definitely can play that position. Against strong teams having him as rb with him isolated in the back field , and Ramin starting in front of him would be a great combo for our right side.

Rezaeian is actually getting better with age lol. I trust him much more now than 4-5 years ago.
I could understand using Shoja as RB against the likes of Brazil. But in AC we will not be playing against teams like Brazil.
IMO yes, however, I will say his recovery/sprint speed when running back on a counter is not as fast as ramin.
peiman92 fair point, I agree ramin has smartened up with age and trust him a bit more. He’s in good form too….I’m not passionate about my preference but feel overall Shoja is a better man marker, more physical, more cautious/conservative which I prefer over an attacking minded full back like ramin. If we weren’t stacked with wingers and forwards and needed that boost from the flanks then I would probably feel differently. Shoja’s offensive skills ain’t all that bad either, but of course nothing close to ramin.

Recovery sprints is very important in this position bro.
