We should be glad that Qatar, saudi etc imports all this human capital. At least this brings the level up. Hazbavi need to use the opportunity to learn. Maybe it will smoothe his transition to europe? Lets hope.

Im not personally a big fan of this competition paradigm. Quite often competition is detrimental. What we want are smooth transitions to better leagues and safe environments for personal growth.

Sometimes we as fans need to acknowledge this and be more patient.

Just look at sardars situation. Everyone feela so unsafe bc the stakes are high and opt out of team contributions and assists. There we have individual and collective action problems. Sometimes individual and collective incentives are misaligned bc of competition.

For hazbavi to have safe environment to develop ATM is key.

Yeah exactly, the important is playing time, he is 28 and has no time to waste.
He knows the league, speaks good English, so communication is there.
Unfortunately Portugal league has tons of Brazilian keepers(17) and by default they have an edge to many others, specially if you are Iranian.
Strum position is most likely for back up as you said.

Sturm GK is okwonko, on loan from arsenal. Honestly he had ok reputation in youth teams but then 1 time he played for senior team horrendous errors and was never seen again.

apparently arsenal are looking to sell him this year, sturm probably cannot afford the EU2 mil fee, so there may actually be an opening there for payam

only seen this kid in action in 2-3? games, once in TM and he looked soorakh and mistake prone AF ..!!
Perhaps there is more to him than those performances since he keeps getting decent looks and interests from EU clubs ..? i wonder if its more due to his younger age and pretty decent size and frame..??

he should take any of those offers and run with it..!!

I remember CQ’s goalie coach loved Niazmand. They thought he has a lot of potential. He’s good enough that his Portuguese club put a 20 million release clause on him which is very high for a non European goalie.
