Sensible IFF approach :

Arrange 3 Friendly games for Team melli. 1 european , 1 south american, and 1 asian team.
Then near Norouz (in march ) arrange Nourooz Cup Between Iran , Tajikestan, Uzbekistan, and afghanistan ... celebrating Eid together.
