Mohammad Javad Hosseinnejad from Sepahan with a great cross that is headed in by Reza Asadi.

    Great assist.

Solid cross, but that was awful defending. A sack of potatoes could have gotten to the end of that ball.

If we want to win the AC without any trouble, we should just send this Sepahan team. Which defence in asia (or the world) could handle Asadi, Moghanlou and Farshad Ahmadinho. Adding talents like Ghorbani, Hosseinnejad etc would destroy saudi and all their billions, no matter how much they spend they will never produce anyone close to these guys.

BTW, Reza Ghandipour, the 17 year old forward, scored today against Sepahan for Peykan.

Been a huge fan of his for a while (and yes, he's 17 but started making noise when he was 15). He came off an injury not too long ago and didn't feature much as a starter for our U17 team that is going to the World Cup.

Yes, you're right. Transfermarkt has his age wrong. He is only 16 years old.

He is our best U17 forward - yes, better than Kasra Taheri. He was just injured for a while but good to see Rasoul Khatibi trusting him and starting him.

I think with his goal, he becomes one of the youngest players ever to score in the PGPL.

Great goal by another talented Sepahan youngster, Aria Yousefi. He's 21.

                3-1 Sepahan.

Looks like the wire transfer went through. 😉
Suddenly Peykan forgot how to play football in the 2nd half.

Sepahan started midfield of Sarshogh (20) , ghorbani (21) , and hosseinnejad (20) with aria yousefi (21) also out wide.

Ghandipour (16) with goal for peykan. Will probably start ahead of u17 at WC in november. He is a huge talent.

good to see younger guys this year finally! Maybe our league coaches are taking a hint

Gol Gohar play quite well from what I see

Big win with 10 players for sepahan vs. paykan. Our defence will get picked apart in AFC. Nilson Junior sucks, while you add Yazdani and H.Mohammadi to the list. Only decent center back is Daneshgar. Not being able to sign Brian Dabo and Alekasir will hurt sepahan too.

I think Teractor won because of young players this week too. Hopefully more coaches will trust them then the same old guard.

Reza Ghandipour is 16 years old, not 17.
