It's one thing to bang in goals against the likes of Havadar or aftabeh sazi, another thing to play and perform well in good European leagues.
Moughanlou looks like peak Shevchenko in PGPL, but lasted two minutes in Portugal.
Players like Milmo and him at bench TM players at best until they prove themselves against high level competition.

dose not automatically give them set on stone start for tm...
J.b and mohebi should be on the 25 man roster
but torabi and mehrmo should start because they just are more game ready and in both situation they just more hungry...
But general will start mohebi no matter what,
And until goli is 100% j.b will start... general loves gholi and he will start over j.b...
Maganlou is not In same level of mehdi or sardar but in 25 man roster and thin pgl forwards should be on the bench.
Abdi,zahedi ,maganlou, and even mehrmo will fight for the 2 back up forwards spot.
