Something that needs to be stamped out at this level is midfielders trying to start slaloming runs from their own half.
There is not a single player in PGL since Ali Karimi who even knows how to do it.
On top of that in transition, most of the players off the ball do not move to provide options to the ball carrier which kills any chance of counter.
This happened vs Al Hilal for Sepahan a lot.
Back facing their own goal and trying to turn take on three people and run 40+meters until you pass is suicidal unless you are Messi.
Most of our players cant concentrate for that long either which means the final pass will be wrong most of the time.
