lovely unveiling video. Great memories of azmoun and saeid scoring in CL back in the day. Pathetic how saeid developed from what we expected.
Their new stadium is impressive.

I love this clubā¦only good memories with them. And yeah saeidās decline and potential he never tapped is truly depressing. I remember after that goal he scored in the CL qualifier that he was for sure going to be a BL or Serie A fixed player in the coming years after.
Team Meli Iran
Perspolis FC

Russia will be let back in once the war is over ( so not in the next foreseeable future).

their clubs are the ones really against it. Financially the European club competitions provide way more money.

They would have been guaranteed a World Cup spot.
Anyway, I actually like this move for Mohammed Mohebi."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And itās one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate peopleās demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

The Russian league starts next week. Hope MM has been training and is ready."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. This kid is going nowhere at the speed of light. Giving up a great opportunity in Portugal to come back to Iran and miss out on WC and now Rostov, in a league under sanction in a country at war!
What was wrong with developing in Portugal? He was really hyped up by the Portuguese press when the transfer occurred...if he doesn't have the talent then that's that...if he does have the talent, then it takes hard work and patience, not jumping between clubs and leagues every 1-2 years. Was he taking advice from Saeed?

Regardless, his move to Rostov FC is not as bad as we think... Rostov are a talented team and the Russian league even without European competition is still on par with leagues like Belgium and Turkey. He will play for a good coach under a solid Rostov squad.
