INTERVIEW, PART II - Taremi went from scoring competitor to teammate and Fran Navarro only sees advantages for the dragons. Captain was still surprised; After analyzing the attacking colleagues, one by one, the Porto reinforcement deepens the praise for the Iranian and devalues the market rumors: "I see him calm, working very hard."

From attack to defence, Fran Navarro has nothing but praise for his new teammates. Pepe and Taremi stand out.

What do you have to say about the new attacking companions?
-We are stronger because we have such good forwards. Competition is healthy and makes each one better every day. Taremi is an extremely intelligent player, he is more than a striker. He's creative, he goes down to look for a game and puts together goals and assists."

well said and spot on...!! 👍

he knows if he can get a good chemistry going with Mehdi, he is very likely to benefit massively from his partnership in attack and have an explosive season followed by a lucrative, high profile transfer.....!! so he is playing his cards well off the pitch with his comments..!

Unfortunately doesn’t mean anything if Porto isn’t gonna play ball and will just keep raising the price when Milan increases their offer

Who cares, they already spend million to buy 3 more strikers, Taremi will be benched there if they find some magic money

"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

maybe Porto has a much richer offer already in hand than what the ACM was trying to get mehdi for ..? otherwise it makes little sense of them keep increasing their asking price..!!
if so i can only assume its an EPL club .... Maybe Manure ... waiting to see what happens with their primary target Hodjlund.. kid ..? but most probably from Spurs ... waiting to offload Kane before offering them some 25-30plus mil for mehdi ..?

BTW, looks like Milan is close to signing USMNT player Yunus Musah. I think he has UK citizenship, so would Milan's last non-EU/UK slot still be available if they sign Musah?

                  Musah wouldn’t take up a non-EU spot

You got to give it to US owners too. They bring in their guys, even if it means firing a guy like Maldini!

Everton is owned by Moshiri...sort of.
Chelsea is owned by Eghbali...sort of.
Newcastle is owned by Ghodoussi...sort of.
Everton is about to be sold to MSP...owned by Najafi

We will see if Najafi shows any patriotic tendencies for his country of birth, or will stick with business only.

Half time in a friendly against Vallecano. Taremi
started and the game is 0-0.
