I wont believe any of the sources until the transfer window close tomorrow. There have been lot of rumours. As couple of members mentioned here, they agreed on personal terms long time ago before even there were any agreement between the two clubs and the agreed salary was 3,5M€ per year. Now, if this deal would fall apart because of Mehdi and not Porto or Milan, that would harm only Mehdi because that would even also jeopardise his spot in Porto as well since they know that not only Mehdi wanted to leave and basically lost all motivation to play in Porto (That we have already noticed in the first 3 games) but obviously Porto have signed new player this week to potentially fill his place (Cant remember his name but I think it was Mexican dude).

On the side note, I would not blame Mehdi if he's not accepting 1,5 /year. That's insult. The average salary in Milan is 2,5 I think so he should definitely not accept that but this is something that should have been clarified not last minute before the transfer window close.
