If the difference was just a few million, then Milan definitely had the money for it. They just didn’t think Mehdi was worth it.

The number of overpaid professional strikers today are exceedingly high. Yes, Mehdi is 31, but when you surround him with high IQ players (AC Milan’s squad), he not only shines even more, but elevates the TEAM. A striker with his dynamic qualities is not very common.

Yes, Porto’s hardball tactics this transfer window were truly appalling. Also, we know how slimebally these agents & intermediaries can be. That being said, if a little bit of extra dough was all that was needed, he definitely was worth it.

I really hope the Asian Cup wasn’t the reason it was called off. He’s not needed during group play, It’s only the knock out stages we’d need him, which is only a few games.

روزنامه اوجوگو در شماره امروز خود نوشته است که مهدی طارمی هرگز علاقهای به ترک پورتو نداشته است.


به گزارش "ورزش سه"، مهدی طارمی فاصله چندانی تا پیوستن به میلان نداشت. تمامی کارهای مربوط به انتقال این بازیکن صورت گرفته بود ولی در نهایت به دلیل برخی مشکلات و ورود چند ایجنت و واسطههای نزدیک به طارمی و پورتو، این معامله بی نتیجه باقی ماند و حضور مهاجم ایرانی در سن سیرو منتفی شد.

روزنامه اوجوگو در شماره امروز خود با اشاره به شکست در مذاکرات طرفین نوشت که طارمی هرگز تمایلی به ترک پورتو نداشت و او برای فصل 2023 – 2024 نیز برای تیم کونسیسائو به میدان میرود. چرا که دستمزد پیشنهادی ایتالیاییها برای جدایی بازیکن ایرانی از پورتو کافی نیست. ضمن اینکه ملاقات با پینتو دا کوستا تعیین کننده بود.
در گزارش اوجوگو آمده است:


طارمی از پورتو جدا نمیشود. مذاکرات با میلان عصر دیروز به پایان رسید و گمانهزنیها تمام شد. مهاجم ایرانی با پینتو دا کوستا ملاقات کرد و هر دو توافق کردند که ادامه همکاری، برای همه طرفها بهترین راهکار است. تصمیمی که حتی میتواند درها را برای تمدید قراردادی که در ژوئن سال آینده به پایان میرسد، باز کند و از جدایی بهترین گلزن تیم با صفر یورو جلوگیری کند.

مهدی هرگز قصد نداشت دراگائو را در این بازار نقل و انتقالاتی ترک کند و اولین نشانه آن امتناع او از پیشنهاد میلیونی الهلال در اوایل بازار بود. در همین حال، میلان در میان علاقمندان ظاهر شد، اما تنها در چند روز گذشته پیشنهاد رسمی را به مدیران آبی و سفید ارائه کرد که در نهایت پذیرفته شد: 15 میلیون یورو به علاوه سه میلیون دیگر که با تحقق آپشنها فعال میشود.

همانطور که ویتور بایا اعتراف کرد، علیرغم ادامه صحبتها، تفاوت آنقدر بزرگ بود که نمیتوان بر آن غلبه کرد. مدیر پورتو که در مراسم قرعه کشی لیگ قهرمانان اروپا حضور داشت، با اطمینان گفت: توافق بین پورتو و میلان برای طارمی وجود دارد، اما تفاهم بین بازیکن و باشگاه وجود ندارد. مذاکرات ادامه دارد.

باید گفت طارمی هرگز علاقه ای به جدایی نداشت و حتی پس از رد سفر به عربستان، به سرجیو کونسیسائو گفته بود که قصد دارد این فصل نیز در تیم بماند. این مربی همچنین نمیخواست بهترین گلزن تیم را که روی بیش از یک سوم گلهای فصل گذشته باشگاه پورتو موثر بود، از دست بدهد.
