Italian journalist slays Pedro Pinho, 'useless' businessman, close to Porto leaders and Taremi

The last week has been marked by the cartilheiros of FC Porto and the booklet of “Benfica has the house on fire”. During that week we saw an FC Porto coach running Moutinho's business and now we see FC Porto's suitcase, Pedro Pinho , trying to withdraw a few million from Taremi's business, where, according to the Italian press, it is considered useless. And they still talk about a “Porto-style system”.
“Milan did everything and a little more to get Mehdi Taremi, but when you are faced with a “system” like that of Porto, where the presence of a useless intermediary for the purposes of the negotiation is imposed, it becomes very difficult to take the negotiations home, especially if that also leads to an increase in player requests.”
“Pedro Pinho's requests in terms of commissions were beyond any logic. And so Milan went out of business, despite the agreement with Porto for 15 + 3 in goals”, says journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.
Remember that Pedro Pinho is the man who was in a match before EstorilGate, in the longest game in the world. He was the individual who attacked a TVI journalist after a Moreirense-FC Porto match .

What we learned is that (1) Mehdi's price was a lot lower than all that speculation (15+3 million) (2) only two clubs put in a bid for Mehdi...Saudis and Milan (3} Porto had no issues selling Mehdi. Mehdi did not want to move...not for money (otherwise he'd go to Saudi) nor for a more prestigious league/club.

So yeah...it was Mehdi all along...or his agents. Maybe he wanted a bigger club in a better league with much better pay. Maybe he just doesn't want to move yet..or maybe he just wants to stick it to Porto by making them lose out on a transfer fee. Or maybe his agents bungled the move....as these latest posts suggest.

"I don't want to believe that someone asks for increased commissions in the middle of a deal that was closed", says Nuno Encarnação

Mehdi Taremi's transfer to AC Milan fell through and the striker will remain at FC Porto. In Italy, reasons are pointed out linked to last-minute obstacles placed on account of intermediation sums to be paid to a businessman who entered into the negotiation. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, a specialist in the transfer market, quoted by Record, the businessman's entry into the scene complicated the transfer. According to Record, initially, Gianluca Di Marzio mentioned businessman Pedro Pinho, having later removed the name from the publication.
Nuno Encarnação, manager and well-known FC Porto fan, who has been critical of the financial management of the Porto SAD, demands clarification from the FC Porto SAD or Pedro Pinho in order to understand, after all, what happened so that Taremi has not been sold, he is entering the last year of his contract and will be able to leave at zero cost at the end of the season.
"The only thing I want as a member of FC Porto for 28 years is for someone to clarify this news, even if it is Pedro Pinho himself speaking", appealed Nuno Encarnação, even challenging the businessman close to the blue and white sphere to give his opinion.
"Let him speak. He never speaks. Let him speak. Or speak to FC Porto's SAD because they are very serious accusations", commented Nuno Encarnação, in declarations on CMTV where the transfer was commented and the reports from Italy regarding the way the Taremi's business eventually fell through.
"I don't want to believe that someone asks for increased commissions in the middle of a deal that was closed. I don't want to believe it", admitted Nuno Encarnação, after Vítor Baía, vice-president of FC Porto, have given the deal as concluded between dragons and the Rossoneri emblem.
"If there are targets in this process, these targets have to explain. Deny or say that they did it, or say that you are liars. We want to know the whole truth, as members and fans of FC Porto", asked Nuno Encarnação.
The manager also added that he does not believe that the negotiation was made behind the back of the FC Porto coach. "Taremi was not negotiated in the absence of Sérgio Conceição", predicted the manager, guaranteeing that he does not know Pedro Pinho.
"I don't get along with this type of businessmen", concluded the well-known FC Porto fan about a deal that did not materialize, even after Vítor Baía said that everything was aligned between FC Porto and AC Milan, lacking understanding between the Italians and the Iranian.

"There is an agreement between FC Porto and Milan for Taremi, but there is a lack of understanding between the player and the club", said Vítor Baía in statements to Sport Italia.

"Let Pedro Pinho speak. Or let SAD speak because they are very serious

Rui pinto who is responsible for footballleaks said indirectly that it was Porto’s system that caused the transfer to fail.

Taremi is getting squeezed. Classic mafia behavior.

In our football, there's a big problem. Even our top players, maybe even the best one ever, haven't quite figured out strong inner circles/agents. Off the field matters as much as on-field skills.

Managing the business aspect of football should always be a top priority.

Pedro Pino is Tarami's agent and he said:

Milan never contacted me for Mehdi Taremi! The player had warned them that they were talking to the wrong agents; but two months passed with the same manual. The same salary that was offered to Tarami was not worth it. The negotiations never reached a point where the commission was discussed.

We (Pino and Tarami) had no involvement in negotiations between clubs. After the agreement between the two clubs, Milan contacted Taremi and reaffirmed who his agent was; but Milan negotiated with the wrong people even after that! I still don't know why they did that. There is no club in the world that decides for itself who represents a player!

Point 1 is CORRECTOMUNDO ... that's the one thing that Milad also been alluding to here too that i agree with ..
there were a lot bs noises claiming 20, 25, 30 mil price tag/offers but its important to realize that NONE were OFFICIAL OFFERS...!! probably those were possibly Only inquiries/feeler before making an official signing attempt , or more often exaggerated figures thrown into the media circles by player/club agent's cronies in order to first bring attention to availability of their client and more importantly to hype up their ultimate sale value ..! or just feedings to the rumor mill..! etc

                  2. I agee with his swift rejection of the saudi money ... but i disagree and im sure he was pretty keen on joining Milan...and getting outa Porto asap..!
he was even hinting at the idea that Porto should sell him last summer ... and got into bit of trouble for it by Porto front office and their fans..!

what im still unclear about and dont understand is who dafauq is this Pedro Pinho who ultimately sank the deal ? and how did he manage to become Mehdi's intermediary/supposed representative..??
also then what was the role of Mendes in this whole saga..? who really hired him ? and why did Mehdi feel the need to have so many agents/supposed intermediaries in this transfer saga..? was he talked into hiring these guys by porto front office as i suspect..?

Point 3; dont agree with that suggestion at all..!!
there was little if any motive for Mehdi to stick around for his final year of contract
First off he is Being PAID absolute and utter $hittt wages by Porto (every reputed salary reporting site has him listed on only a Measly 150k euro a year salary currently and for the past 3seasons) i dont know why folks here and on twitter keep spewing that the 1.5mil that ACM was offering him was below that of what he was earning at Porto... clearly Not True... in fact that is 10times what he is making now at porto ... but i agree that still Well Below his Fair Market value even by LigaNos and serieA standards..! ps when you take into consideration some 40-50% taxes and just the cost of living expenses of staying in Porto.... he was probably paying outa pocket for playing in Porto ... or at best realistic scenario playing for Fking Free..!!
Then there is that 15% kickback from his transfer fee which was in essence the most Lucrative aspect of his earnings at Porto ... that only amounted up to some 2and1/4 Mil .... that he ALSO GOT SCREWED OUT OF by staying put at Porto for his last year of contract..!!
SO NO FKING WAY that Mehdi would be content with much less be happy with what all happened in this debackled transfer ... and having to play another season for nearly Free for this scumbag of a club..!!

ALL Signs POINT to Porto front office Mafia 1st off dismissing early Ligitimate interest for his signature by asking exuberant fee and try to waste as much time as possible out of the fast approaching transfer deadline then inserting this asshole Pedro Pinho in to this Last minute deal to make sure it fails and leaves no realistic departure alternatives for the player...!
and then off course try to blame the whole debacle on disagreement between the player and ACM over wages, AC participation or whatever bs believable to avg joe out there anything but themselves who were all along the main culprit for this debacle ..!

they took criminal levels advantage of the saadeh Mehdi/and his amature personal rep..!!
they probably still feel as they have a chance to convince the frustrated Mehdi into another more lucrative perhaps but a foolish extension..!!? they only left some 12mil that was there for their taking and when you think about it ...
there is No FKN way they coulda bought themself another similarly high impact, vital player in order to achieve this season's high value objectives in UCL and league ..!!

                    THIS...!!
here is his statement in response to Pietro Mazzara post about the Taremi debackled transfer..!!
                    • Rui Pinto: There is no news here. This system, clearly harmful to FC Porto, was properly exposed through #FootballLeaks and is extensively documented in judicial investigations.
                    • Nevertheless, everything remains with total impunity, which should warrant some reflection.
                    • Pietro Mazzara: #Milan did everything and more to sign Mehdi #Taremi, but when you come up against a 'system' like #Porto's, where the presence of an unnecessary intermediary is imposed in negotiations, it becomes very difficult to close deals, especially if it leads to an increase in the player's demands. Pedro Pinho's commission demands were completely unreasonable. As a result, Milan withdrew, despite having an agreement with Porto for 15 + 3.

Don’t worry guys. Porto will be all but eliminated from CL by Christmas. Mehdi will start negotiations with any team he wants then. I also think there will be a high probability of a sale or even a few months loan in the Spring. Very similar to Sardar’s situation at Zenit.
