Romario was one of the best forwards of the nineties and yes he did have issues with his work ethic but his successes for both clubs and country speaks for itself. when it came to it, he performed

indeed, he was imo, one of the very best footballing exports of brazil, if not the best.....!!? his insane goalscoring record, especially his avg. per game for clubs and country speaks volumes of his immense innate quality..!!
still sporting romario's classic, clean-cut haircut decades after getting inspired by it ..!!

its a shame that this skittish, clown for a pro-footballer at Porto rockin that same name..!!

he was an absolute nervous wreck and had a total clusterfk of a feature in a Porto game some months? back when i first saw him suited for Porto...! by contrast his overall performance vs FCB (even with the sooti) seemed a massive improvement over the last times i saw him on the pitch in porto colors...!!

if i had to take a pisss on his game, id say whole lotta running without any serious affect on the game and
he sure dishes way too many back passes for an attacker and doesnt particularly open himself well for service in the final 3rd of the pitch..!! and bit too eager to pass off good scoring opportunities to lesser teammates rather than taking the bull by the fkn horn..!!

People keep saying he has been great, but i am sorry he hasn't been playing great football consistently this season!
I know he is not a pure finisher but his finishing has been quite poor this year!
I mean for a guy in his caliber how you end up having such a poor touch/ shot?
