    I appreciate it was a translator asking the questions but the tone felt more like a police officer interrogating a suspect than a football show interviewing a footballer...

    When were you last there?
    Where exactly did you go?
    What were you doing last night between the hours of 6pm - 9pm and can someone provide an alibi for you?

      He confirmed his father is Iranian and he's been to Iran.
      That means he 99% has an Iranian passport. Now his military service stuff needs to get worked on.

        I switched it off after the first minute. Interviewer was annoying me, thought it was embarrassing.

          On one hand this interview is great for continuing to keep his name out there in the Iranian media and on the other hand the moron didn’t once think to ask him anything about his thoughts in relation to TM and Iranian footy. Khak tu saresh

            As far as I know he doesn't have military service problem, as he is a foreign resident. He can come and go for 6 months and he can add another 6 months if they approve.

              I think that’s only valid till age 30 so he’s ok for now. Either way IFF has experience how to handle this as they did the same for Zandi, Dejagah, and Ghodoos.

                He was asked it and gave a professional answer.

                I spoke with an intermediary (they follow each other on IG) of his before on IG and he said Dennis was "definitely" interested to join TM. So who knows.

                    Something confusing about his interview is that his aunty has different lastname and most importantly born in iran.

                    This is her dad (Dennis's grandad). Either its been misinterpreted or its just BS .

                          Again, i guess people overreact for another half Iranian guy just because he plays abord!
                          I mean he sure deserves to get the call! Ama nashod ham is not a big deal! Is not like we will miss another Azmoun or Taremi!
                          I mean first this guy is always injured! Second he scored few goals in Belgium, so did Kaveh Rezaei, even 10 times more, yet failed to establish himself in TM( again another injury prone)
