I mean first this guy is always injured! Second he scored few goals in Belgium, so did Kaveh Rezaei, even 10 times more, yet failed to establish himself in TM( again another injury prone)

not that I disagree with you at all on this, I think it’s clear he always has his biases towards PGPL players. However it is very pleasantly surprising that between GN, Skocic, and CQ that GN counts on saman the most/gives him the biggest role (or so it seems based on the last camp and continuing to invite him after he said no to 2 camps). Gotta give credit where it’s due….for me it’s the best thing he has done as TM head coach.

to be fair to GN, he was the first to go after Dejagah for TM even in 2007, but at that stage Dejagah wasn’t interested.

I wouldn't mind him in TM.

He's a good team player, Union plays an offensive football and he looks good with and without the ball. (something that is rare among Iranian players).

He started this season very well, the issue is his injuries. One can say that as long as he's fit when it matters for the NT, it's okay but at the same time, he probably won't be 100% fit most of the time, he will lack playing time,...

I would also like to get back to the boniface vs eckert talk. We can't compare both players. Boniface is a beast, still young and doing pretty well in one of the top 5 leagues in the world. There's no doubt that Boniface is already a better player and will be even better when he'll be 26 like Eckert is. Boniface has everything to be even better than Osimhen.
