2 things:
1. As a Sepahan fan, Moghanlou was never good. Many of you seem to have only been exposed to him in Team Melli but he is pure garbage IMO. Can't dribble, can't pass, can't receive, can't do anything. His PGPL goals were predominantly because Sepahan's midfield has a few decent players and gave him constant service! He scored 1 out of every 12 chances.
Now that he is in UAE he's gonna be exposed as a fraud.
TBH the fact that he was the top scorer of PGPL for 2 years in a row is a testament to how bad our league is.
2. Having Also watched Kaveh it's a disservice to compare Moghanlou to him, one is almost 30 and one is 22. Kaveh also seems to be much more intelligent on the pitch. If you're gonna compare the two players at least watch a full game or two instead of just their goal highlights! If I wasn't a Sepahan fan I would think Moghanlou is the best player in the league based on his stats the way some people like to say random shit

Just look at his goals last season by club on transfermarkt and you will laugh. 13 goals scored and half of them are vs Malavan, Zob Ahan, and Nassaji. If you really wanna know how he does outside of minnow teams look at his record vs Esteghlal and Persepolis. In all his games in PGPL he has never scored vs SS and has only scored 1 goal vs PP. He literally can't play when the opponent has any sort of defense. Please watch and Subscribe:

Let's be fair.
He is a very good player for Iranian standards, better than many strikers. That is what has earned him Portuguese transfer and Regional interest and TM games.
Being twice the leading scorer in our league, with the crappy everything we have (pitch?!) is not nothing.
He is clearly not at Taremi/Azmoun level.
But he is a very good player and if he went on the local market, the best teams would want him.

The thread is about Kaveh...NOT about how many insults can we throw at Moghanlu.
Iran v HongKong was a very low pressure game for you, I am very sure.
However for a senior player who has been passed over a whole bunch and wants to make his way into the national team, it is a very high pressure environment.
Nevermind the very finicky fans.

Even aside from the HK game, he's had over 8 caps in the last 2 years for TM and only scored 1 goal. You will find a similar story when he faces an actually good team at club level compared to Naft Masjed Soleyman. He's a minnow team bully but cannot score in any important games to save his life both club and NT level. He shouldn't even be talked about tbh, goresho gomkard UAE lets forget about him so GN does too . Anyways back to Kaveh

They cant adjust.
These players need same players week in and week outin practice
To be able to perform and fail when in tm they practice only couple of times every fifa day.
Farhad majidi and many many more are examples of them.

He is not Sardar and Taremi but for me in actual chart he is 3rd, 4th striker UNTIL someone else show it with stats in IPL first!
