The statue has been there for almost 4 years now, since Soleimani became kotlet zibzamini. In fact the last time Sepahan played league match at home, it was there. It's been there through AFC, FIFA, and Saudi inspections.

I completely agree with you. It shouldn't have been there. But Saudis are being complete divas lol. Should Sepahan not play when they see giant King Abdullah statue at Al-Ittihad home stadium? Should no one play at Azadi till Khomeini and Khamenei faces are off? This is all a circus.
