Your set your own limit for your ceiling, if you want to have a high ceiling for your growth you have to aim for Europe.

You will have less of a chance to become a great player when the level of play is low. Additionally, if you play in a place where football isn't important, there is less stress, therefore you don't grow mentally either to be able to handle stressful games. Therefore both physically and mentally, you will limit your own growth by choosing a shittier environment. All together, the high pay and low expectations, there is very little motivation to succeed, and it is a lot easier to stagnate.

More than the number of Euro legionnaires, our biggest problem and by far is player selections, both at TM and Clubs level. From CQ to GN, to Skocic and domestic teams coaches, all are stucked in very mindblowing choices.

With our limited pool of quality players both legionnaires or not, we can't afford to select some non-TM material or IPL rejects that much.
