    When this combination works so well why is mourinho pissing around with garbage like El Shaarawy?

    I don't get it - these three players have intelligence with each other so why doesn't this kant just start them

      Teeing up some excuses for Sardar:
      1. Roma (and Mou) generally play an ugly and defensive style which makes it difficult for an offensive player to thrive.
      2. Sardar's natural (and best position) is the #9, center forward. He should be playing in Lukaku's position. Similar to his Leverkusen days, he's played out of position for Roma (he typically plays CAM, behind both Dybala and Lukaku).

          It's because he is scared that Azmoun will break and shatter.

          I mentioned this before, but after his "injury", I think that Mou won't start Azmoun unless literally forced to by factors outside his control.
