Regarding his Leverkusen and Roma stint, yea pretty shite and this goal wont change a thing.
But good to hear we had other players that did deliver in a top 4 league.
As for scoring goals against world level clubs in the CL.. he has been there and done that with Zenit

You guys are talking about "what a goal" in a meaningless game! I had to go an watch the highlights just for that. But that wasn't even that good a goal. Sure he dribbled a bit and took an actual shot, but a bouncy shot at that. Go look at the first goal by Milan's Theo Hernandez, now that's a goal to brag about. I'm confused, just cause the ball went in, it's an amazing goal?? We expect him to do that. That was not extraordinary by any means.

With that appointment they show long term thinking and actual signs of getting back on track comparing to managerial circus they had in recent years. Now it would be really great if sardar could land himself there

If he was a fit player, there would be a good chance that he would have made it at Leverkusen or at least Roma..........
Hopefully im wrong and we will see a great career in the next years.

Injuries often occurs to players who lack the requisite fitness to compete @ such high levels of competition on a weekly basis .!
he really gotta sort out his fitness and stamina first n foremost & asap this summer ..!
everything else will likely fall into place for him afterwards..!
another thing for sure is that he needs far more regular game minutes to get his confidence & scoring mojo back ..!for that to happen he’d need to level down in club & league status..!
Sevilla move looks to me his best next move ..!
historically, respectable and well-known European club that’s going through hard times and one that is struggling to attract top talents that could displace him in the lineups frequently But one that’s looking to rebuild with a promising and up n coming coach in a highly regarded league that is yet far less defensively intense & physically challenging as the Serie A or EPL..!
