Generally people don't get hyped for Iranian players. Lukaku on the other hand was ONCE one of the biggest talents around.
However it doesn't really matter how hyped you are, if you suck you'll be benched. No matter who you are.
For Azmoun, if he gets fit and start scoring like he used to, even the son of the president will be benched for him. That's a big IF tho for now, but definitely not impossible. He's only 28, the most talented player we have and when in form a better scorer than all their other players.

Now, does sardar have his faults? No doubt. His ultimate lack of success in leverkusen is mainly down to him, both mentality and fitness wise, he will have to improve both to be a success at roma. But this is the nature of competition at a high level of european football. A guy like schick failed so badly at roma and leipzig before finally having 1 good season at leverkusen, only to become a permanent fixture in the treatment room thereafter. I doubt Czechs talk shit about the guy like some people (cough cough) on here do about sardar... Go figure as to why. imo Azmoun & Lukaku are completely different player profiles, Azmoun is much more involved in build up play and was even used as CM at Bayer, he is a Forward and not a classic Striker like LukakuComment
