He appears to have right calf discomfort after the match?
"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh
I woke up in time to see the second half. The opposing team subbed in a young guy who was very fast. Rome players were so scared of him running by them that they were dropping off of him so he got to take some very decent long shots. Very exciting player. As for Azmoun, I would say that the best thing I saw was that his teammates trusted him and were looking for him constantly on the ground with lots of speedy passes. His first touch was great and he could have finished with a goal and two assists. On the goal, he did a great chest trap and shot and made 3 defenders fly in the air to block it so the guy who scored had no one trying to stop his shot. The worst thing was that he was totally out of gas by the end of the game and flopped down onto the ground with the final whistle which will be a signal that 30 minutes is about the maximum amount of time for him.
Highlight below. Sardar’s beautifully controlled chest bump and near goal around 2 minutes. The icing on the cake is JM making crying gestures to the other bench and getting red carded lol.
Not out of gas at the end. Reports of ankle/calf problem, hopefully he is ok for inter next week but currently a doubt. Hope it’s not major.
He had a really good cameo. First he had a great ball to lukaku who smashed it off the post, then he had a right footed effort himself that hit the inside of the post, really unlucky there. For the goal his chest and volley was goal bound before getting blocked, el sharaaway picked up the loose ball and volleyed home.
they were much more dangerous with him on the pitch than belotti. Definitely sardar is regaining his explosiveness again. Fans very impressed by him on twitter
- Great pass to Lukaku who fluffs it
- Great shot that hits the post
- Great instincts to get to the shot, which deflected, lands to El Shaarawy
He did much more in less than 30 minutes than Belotti does in 60 minutes.

yea, WTF gives..? of all his body parts ... his insanely huge calves were that last body part i ever suspected of ever failing him..!!?
He has gastrocnemiumegaly. Perhaps similar to cardiomegaly, when the muscle gets too large, you run into problems? Though, cardiomegaly is a genetic issue and not from strength training.
