Also, If he somehow manages to make a permanent deal with Roma and plays in champions League next season, it would be a great scenario considering it's a relatively big club in a strong league.

You know, for all his injuries and other issues he's dealt with, being in top clubs in Europe consistently, and getting the attention of top tier teams without much hesitation for not very cheap sums is a big accomplishment. He has experienced top level football for much of his career, is in a club that recently got silverware in Europe, was coached by the one of the best coaches in the world, so he's clearly doing something right (probably his extreme talent, likability and personality) that has got him there. It is pretty magnificent to think about.

I've always thought he had the potential to have at least 1-2 great seasons in Europe when he's near the end of his career and more experienced.

Obviously lost my initial hope of him performing at a world class level consistently.... but maybe he can reach that level or close to it for a couple years?? Hope so!

Gorgeous play by Sardar who made something out of pretty much nothing….ball got played to him in a tight area he chested the ball and played a dangerous ball across the 6 yard box forcing the bologna GK to get a hand on it which deflected and one of his team mates got to it and hit it over the crossbar. Great play by Sardar….all him on that play.

Great goal. Now let's see if he gets to "start" on Thursday against Udinese, where only the remaining 18 minutes will be played. Then a big match follows against Napoli on Sunday. Lukaku is likely going to sit out both.

After that comes the 2 EL matches agaijst Leverkusen, also big matches vs. Atalanta, Juventus & Milan waiting. All these within the next 5 weeks or so. Fingers crossed our boy stays healthy.✌️

Been watching them often & it’s not just this game where proper service to CF is paltry @ best ..! Even so for Lukaku..!
they badly need to invest in more technical & speedy Wingers .. ! Especially if they qualify for UCL..!
They are really weak & feeble in both wingers options ..! Or it just maybe the attacking system that’s the issue ..!?
all in all, they really struggle to create proper chances for the center forward Although of late they’ve been squeaking out, narrow wins this is not gonna be sustainable for long term..!
