    Of course
You leave one club to other but reputation will be carry over always
In any sport when they want get a player there are always two factors to be considered:
    Performance and character!!!

I think he does not care anymore. He made good money and started all these side gigs like his horses, volleyball team, travel agency etc. I hope he learned a thing or two from his idol Dybala.

I’d say, Don’t worry too much, I think he knows what he’s doing..!!?
i suspect his agent was in the loop in the decision not to not show up to training & all the bs excuses given afterwards for it ..!?
remember, he doesn’t wanna be at Bayer and he’s essentially in a standoff with the club trying to get rid of his contract with them & force a transfer elsewhere..!these sorta shenanigans are off course par for course when it come to that ..!
We were all bitch and whining about him being unprofessional and lazy before he suddenly popped up, arriving in Roma last summer to all of our surprise..!

Exactly right...Thank you! Finally a post that's detached from emotions and isn't out of touch with the business side of football. NBA & NFL players are notorious for doing this type of thing to leverage the outcome they want in a standoff. This is why sports agents and lawyers exist!

This only works if you're actually good, not an unfit bench warmer.

Doesn't matter, It'll still force Bayer's hand to try harder in moving him before the upcoming transfer deadline now that he's clearly shown he is not interested in staying there any longer. His market value has dropped and Bayer are going to have to take a loss; they probably wanted him to showcase that he is fit so that they can negotiate a better deal for a direct sale - no telling how long that was going to take. There's got to be potential suitors for him at a reduced price on a loan, loan with an option to buy, or permanent basis. Bayer are just going to have to bite the bullet.

His contract is good until 2027. I don't know much about his contract clauses and what happens if he is released as a Free agent or on what basis they can release him and how much of the remainder of his contract they would owe him if they terminate his contract, but I am sure like BacheLot mentioned Sardar and his agent know what they're doing. The devil's in the details so keep calm and stay tuned!

Why are people blaming him for not coming to training for a team that already said they have no plans for him, but want to make him train with them? FUCK THEM. They have had the option to ship him out, or let him stay in Roma for a cheaper price, but are being stingy and holding him hostage for a couple million Euros. They don't care about him one bit. There's absolutely no reason to train for a team that is going to discard you and make you reserve player when YOU SHOULD BE STARTING SUMMER CAMP AT YOUR PERMANENT TEAM!

You have a really good point, but in the end of the day Leverkusen is paying his salary, so when he does this he cant win, this is the difference between Sardar and MT9, Porto f*cked him real good last august when they destroyed his Milan move in the last second, but still he was commited to his team and job no matter what he felt or how right he was about the situation.

As Azmoun best offer is a loan to Sevilla, levergoozen can still keep him 6 months or one year for the reserve team

Well, the counter argument is you still show up per your contract, train to keep yourself fit/ready for the eventual transfer, and display the dedication/motivation that any future team would want to see of you. It's not like our boy is Mbappe/Messi/CR7 and can just ride his reputation to another contract.

When he does finally get transferred, he will be out of shape and/or injured because he's not on the field training. It's deja vu all over again.

Azmouns career is over, since long time.

Reports also say Leverkusens trainer sent him for single training because of not beeing fit enough.......... what else do we need to see ?
Azmoun is a loser, he will end up somewhere in an Arab country soon, as if Sevilla would change anything.
