    encouraging sign indeed..!
well he couldnt have been in too bad of a shape to last at least for a few probably trash minutes off the bench, game conditions requiring..!!
he certainly has all the necessary quality/composure/skillset to could come in late on as a LWB reinforcement or as a more attacking CM/Winger if goals are needed..!!

his main problem with him currently (after a summer of mostly goofing off ) is that likely he lacks the Stamina to last more than 15-20min of EPL action ..!! and even when fully fit, probably still somewhat lacks the speed and liveliness/energy/giggle factor to cope with the often maddening intensity, speed and physicality of EPL action for long spells ..!!

sad to say, but his best hope for becoming a regular starter in this team, is an injury set back to Frank's much favored CM/CAM, Danish Homie, the much overrated and over-used by Frank MFdr ( Jenshitt) who also happens to be one of the highest earners at the club, still on a long contract ?.... so essentially a guy that the club is trying hard to prop-up for a profitable sell-off to a richer EPL club..!!

same ol same ol... Saman promoted just to watch from Box seats ... !!
down 1-2 with few minutes remaining frankie brought on 2 defenders off the bench instead
lucky for them bournemouth LB screws up big letting embueno through for the equalizer in injury time..

you'd think if he improves his stamina and up his hustle and intensity in trainings .... he shouldnt have too much trouble getting some EPL minutes..?
that overrated joojeh lewis pothead and schadeh..? guy are two others in this squad that he shouldnt have too much trouble stealing minutes from..?

Hi isn't competing for minutes in a front 3 position which the players you mentioned occupy, if they play. And thankfully so coz they play 100% of the time over him if they're fit.

He's there to cover the central midfielder injuries and as a back up wing back.

Assuming he gets some minutes during the international break and stays injury free, his first minutes of note will likely come from the home league cup match at Arsenal.

I guess we're happy he's got a steady paycheck and doesn't have to go back to selling cell phones.

yes weā€™re happy that we have a legionnaire who went from unemployed to bench player of mid-level EPL team in a span of weeks. would u rather he suited up for al arabi or al duhail? or maybe 2nd tier denmark? there was a time when EPL bench was where our highest tier legionnaires went. so having a fringe TM starter regularly be on the bench of a good EPL team is something to be happy about.

Would rather him being in a team where he would get decent playing time, weaker league or team, doesnt matter. What good is he gonna do for us, benching week in week out?
As a hiring manager, would you rather hire someone who's active working at a less known company or someone sitting at his mamans sofa drinking chai and having ghorme sabzi week after week just because she lives in a rich neighbourhood? Khodesho gaid, let's face it.

The Malmo deal he wanted would have been his best option, but ultimately they didn't promise him a starting place

Some of you have to realise Saman has been a squad player at Brentford for the last 2 seasons and to expect anything else this season is wishful thinking at best.

He's been brought back because he will likely play some part in the next couple of months of fixtures but as soon as the squad is injury free he'll just about make the bench. This is a mega short term deal. I wouldn't be surprised if the club offer 6 months but his side pushed for the year.

It's hard to fault the player because, when he left a few months ago, it seemed he wouldn't get a contract as lucrative again. He's likely being paid a bit less this time around and on some sort of appearance based bonuses. Nevertheless, he's not getting this kind of money in a top league otherwise.

I get the frustration from a TM angle but if any of us were him, they'd take a year of being a squad player in the Premier League over a contract at Malmƶ, where there was no guarantee of being a starter. And as far as I know, no other clubs were trying to sign him, so it makes complete sense. After this season, he'll still have another 2-3 years with the physical ability to play in a European top division.

This allows him the chance to put himself in the shop window when he does start or come off the bench... And the club would absolutely let him leave for free in January or cancel his contract if they were injury free and he had suitors elsewhere offering first team football.
