General appreciation : Good
Taremi non transfer, many transfer back to IPL and few exports to Europe could have made it bad. But it was saved by Azmoun surprise transfer to Roma, also Mohebi to Rostov and Ghoddos staying in IPL. Some ok internal transfer within IPL.
The trend isn't good at all though but having an iranian in a top club is quite nice.
Details:
++ : Azmoun to Roma, Mohebi to Rostov
+ : Ghoddos to Brentford
= Ezza staying at Vejle, Gholizadeh to Poznan
- : Hosseini staying at Kayserispor, Abedzadeh to Maritimo, Hazbavi to Al Sadd
-- : Hosseinzadeh to Tractor, Taremi non transfer,

The previous summer transfer window (2022) was much worse. Nothing except Hosseinzadeh to Charleroi.
This season we've had no Iranians going to Europe ( don't anyone dare try to convince me Russia is "European" football ).

I consider Rostov in Europe and we had a upgrade transfer to a big club this time!
Sardar's transfer is a lateral one. He went from one underachieving club in a big league, to a another underachieving club in a big league.

For all intensive purposes, Sepahan, PP, and Nassaji face tougher opponents this year than Rostov will. Even the best Russian club (Zenit) isn't much better than the best Iranian Club.
