In Bulgaria match it seems like the Italian tactician that joined TM recently is trying out inverted winger playstyle with a double pivot. I think this would have been a great time to call up Khodabandelou, he would be such a good pivot next ezatolahi compared to a player like noor. Kid is like a young nourallahi but he can actually receive and pass. I like that team melli is finally adding depth and tactics to its arsenal instead of brute forcing with talents. Hopefully it continues for angola game.

As always the big questions for TM since 2018 have been: LB and pace in midfield. We need a securer left side and more pacy midfield. If team melli can figure out a nice solution, we will be a force to be reckoned with in Asian Cup tbh. We keep underestimating ourselves but we are more than capable, assuming we address these problems.

Why would we play against a low quality, physical african team that plays kharaki football and could cause injury to our players when none of the teams that we will play against in Asian cup has their resemblance !!!

We should've played against teams like malaysia , china , vietnam , north korea , philipines , thailand instead of Angola .
