I would have liked to see Payam in the goal. Beiro is too slow to restart and makes dumb passes putting the defenders in danger.

I am not sure about Mohebi neither. He is too much testosterone with little output!

That was a great game! It was one of the 4 or 5 preparation games Iran played before going to WC in Argentina in 1978.

Ali Parvin scored from a penalty early in the game and then Bulgaria tied before the half.

Good old days of Iran!
