Either commit or go foreign coach from beginning
The biggest thing an international coach must do is keep the locker room and stars together and committed. It's psychological and GN doing a good job so far
Unfortunately this is what happens when you have a geda federation that'll rather save money and hire a domestic coach until shit hits the fan and then decides to hire a foreign coach, barely giving him any time to gel with the team

No hc can close their eyes on him... jb its a perfect definition of cluster f..k.....
golizadeh is another
definition of a cluster f..k as well.
If alahyar is healthy start him in rw
and have j.b and goli come on as super subs to
Alahyar and mohebi.
It looks like general is sold on j.b, and goli is his back up when healthy...
And alahyar will be mohebi back up.
I LOVE TO SEE ALAHYAR AS l.b WITH MOHEBI IN FRONT OF HIM....i thiink alahyar is like v.amiri
And can play multiple positions.....
QF OF ASIAN CUP AGAINST SOUTH KOREA
Biravand
Ramin. Pag. Shoja. Alahyar
J.b. Saeed godos mohebi
Medi sardar
As for Allahyar at left back, keep in mind Allahyar gets injured very easily. That's why in my opinion it's better to keep him at center forward where he can use his quick pace and technique to score a goal. Allahyar at defense gonna get injured and be out for 7 months after a tackle. I think having Jalali at LB with Allahyar as striker gives us more depth, especially because we are lacking HEAVILY in striker depth. Moghanlou is not good replacement for Sardar

Look at difference he made vs England and Wales. I would prefer if Allahyar start on left side and Gholizadeh on right side, with Mohebi as super sub with his physicality.

because of his speed he can be next mahdavikia on the left side....i promise u we will never see alahyar as LB🤣...
maganlou is lost in tm....Abdi will become his replacement

Allahyar wouldn't work at left back
He is a hustler and runs, is strong and pacy but he isn't tactically proficient enough to be a versatile player who can be put in completely different positions. He would be constantly out of position and messing up the defensive line
I guess Hajsafi is possibly the most versatile player Iran has had over the recent era.

I bet if he had that Mohebbi chance that was skied over he would have put it away or atleast on target

on a 3 years contract.
he hustles, press hard, team player, great personality.. great club player like farhad majidi...in team melli he looks lost bro haven't see anything special about him in tm. Like farhad majidi...for sure general will take him to ac....between maganlu and zahedi. Maganlou for tm but if abdi start scoring for tt. Abdi would be abetter super sub than shahriyar.....

tm
Will play 4-2-3-1
Mehdi will go 90 minutes
If sardar come
Then
Tm will play pp style
4-4-2 khati
sardar will be candidate to get subed out
if tm has lead asadi will come in
if tm need a goal then shahriyar or Abdi will come in...is shahriyar capable of scoring goal IN do or die SITUTION?
I am not talking Palestine, hongk, uae or even r16.
I AM TALKING ABOUT BEING DOWN 1 GOAL TO
S.K in qf,or qatar stingy defense in semi, or japan, ksa aust in final.
is he capable of producing that goal?
I THINK ABDI CAN ..shahriyar has the acl to score against non pgl team to be ready for that do or die goal...
When there is discussion about tm players
who should play this position who should play
that position, for Ac IS ALL ABOUT THAT DO OR DIE MATCHES in qf,semi and final
if not WITH ONLY PGL PLAYERS and even bring back shojaie and dejGeh at current age WE CAN GO TO QF OF ASIAN CUP. Can hajsooti don't give sooti in qf? If not Haj sooti will be star against Palestine, Hongk, uae, and r16 team...only reason
we want hajsafi changed is for the do or die matches in qf,semi, final...
There will be a time a super sub needs to come in and score a goal against ellite team CAN SHARIYAR DO THAT?
