My memory of Gholamreza Rezaei was when he missed the one on one chance against UAE by diving in 2009. Dude cost us the 2010 WC with that stunt. Energetic player but not the brightest.

1ST Half tm made 5 deadly mistakes defensively,

General was the worst pick after bronko firing of 2006. He became tm hc too early... FIROOZ KARIMI SHOULD OF BEEN THE HC AFTER bronko.

2010 wc qualification was the most emotionally brutal situation I've been through in my life. almost as bad as my first breakup.

I blame azizi because he should of stayed and played with different number for his tm.
and that TM played the most beautiful football they created so many opportunities but didnt have
azizi to score the important goals, tie in thailand and 0-0 against bahrain in tehran cost tm, and that year since Japan and Korea hosting only 2.5 spots
