good thing is it’s all in TMU17’s hands still. Win the next and we’re through.
England number 11 was cooking us.

Two things stood out. Even in the first half, the England players were much stronger and faster.

I guess this is a tale as old as time, our players aren't as fit as European or South Americans.

Getting scored on in 90th minute to lose. Come on

And I DONT blame our boys at all tbh. Imagine the amount of resources and level of players England have? They're each from Chelsea, Liverpool, and other PL youth academies while some of our boys didn't even have a club until 3 months ago.

The fact that we're hanging on so cleanly gives me hope for the future still. Imagine telling me Iran U17 would have the chance to get out of group stages in a group with reigning champs Brazil, and best U17 team in world England?

Still in a good position. As long as England beats or even draws Brazil, and we manage to beat New Caledonia, we finish second

We have a good chance of qualifying to the next round even if Brazil beats England. Even a 1-0 win against New Caledonia puts us in excellent shape to qualify as a 3rd place team even though we should try to get some buffer with goals.

Some of the other teams competing for 3rd like Indonesia, Uzbekistan have games against Morocco and Spain as their last game

its confidence issues. For example in the Brazil game I thought the Brazilians were way better than us physically in the first half, but the result in the 2nd half of that game was partially because we bested Brazil physically on most plays.

"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

Englands combination of money, white discipline and the stength they have stolen from african immigration is a combination that Iran as it stands now cannot match. We would play better v italy spain portugal argentina brazil etc

England & france we will never beat

Who’s to say we won’t score 15 against New Caledonia and maybe even finish first if Brazil beat England.

It's possible, Brazil had 81 shots on target vs New Caledonia

I would say we can not score more than 5 on them at best. I hope I'm wrong.

Our finishing is extremly efficient and precise

Our biggest problem is we put everything on flashy dribble technique and relax too much on simple pass.

When we will realize passing is the most key thing, we will be unmatched. Lot of time, our players put all their focus and energy doing their zorro dribble to relax after and waste it with a bad pass..
