How good is this England team?

I have never seen them play but I can imagine they are better than Brazil since unlike young Brazilian players, many of the English players are playing in EPL or are at least part of EPL teams and playing in their youth teams. Brazli produce of course many players but they grow and get better when they come out to Europe at later stage than 17 years I guess. Bottomline, I think England is much better.
