This team is going to get destroyed by Spain. And then the reality is, you will not hear from 95% of these players after this tournament. 1 or 2 might make it, but most likely in the PGPL.

Esmail Gholizadeh has been terrible. Get him off.
Will more likely be Morocco than Spain based on the third place pool (seems only 1/6 scenario makes it Spain), and Ecuador if Iran finishes second

Are our boys even aware of that they need to score goals? Why are our athletes in general so inconsistent? This doesn't apply only on this team but in general. TM, Volleyball NT, Basketball etc..

One game, they beat Brazil, play like world champions and next game, they play like a C-Team. And as I predicted earlier in this thread before this match, if we are lucky we can score maximum 5 goals. Once again, I hope I'm wrong.
No bro, if England and Brazil tie England will have 7p , Iran 6p and Brazil 4p.

I agree about our rollercoaster performences in general, i think its a mental and DICIPLINARY thing that is not seasoned from the grassrotlevels.

Look, our style has to match our strengths. We are a low possession counter-attacking team. That is how we beat Brazil and led England. We are going to struggle against 11 sitting in their half.

We are winning and don't count England out either.

          Let's not lose our heads.

            Can we calm down?

The drawing of the final bracket depends on which third place teams make up the best 4.

So if Japan(D), Uzbekistan(B), Iran(C)make it and one of Indonesia(A)/ Mexico (F) we will play Morocco.

If South Korea makes it as one of the last teams we will play vs Spain.

            Its that simple.

We just need Mexico to beat New Zealand or Korea not beat Burkina Faso and we play Morocco virtually 100%

Honestly, Caledonia has in some instances looked better than Iran. Terrible.

Our players lack the basic of passing, without it, it's more difficult to trash a team that park the bus. Brazil and England passes were excellent, that's how they break New Caledonia.

I don't know what Iran hope without focusing on getting the basic of passing. That's why our TM looks so unattractive to euro scouts.

The number of goals we score against New Cald isn't that important anymore. Abdi should rest some key players

this seems like a confidence team.

Whether we finish 2nd and face Morocco/Spain (in one of six situations) or Ecuador, scoring more goals here will impact the mentality of these players.

Look at their body language on the pitch now and tell me it looks good. Goal difference isn't important any more but finishing some of these chances is

60 minutes against New Caledonia and we only scored twice lol

                                Exactly.

New Caledonia keeping Iran on their heel. This is not good.
