We have no major talent that’s coming up following this generation. What happened to that Iranian prodigy boy whose dad was a little crazy? I haven’t heard anything about him in a long time. Did he amount to anything? The kids got to be a teenager by now…

To answer OPs question:
We have exactly 3 youth who are superstars and will be part of TM in the future if they continue their course and keep developing: Hazbavi, Hosseinejad, and Rostami.
We have two youth in Salmani and Allahyar who have immense talent but cannot keep themselves out of injury, getting injured pretty often. If they can stay injury free they will be also part of TM.
We have three raw but talented youths in: Amin Dostali (Fellow KIA graduate at Pogon with Rostami), Paya Pichkah (incredibly talented), and Kaveh Zahiroleslam. They have all expressed the desire to play for TM one day.
We have your avg PGPL youth that are decent on a good day and avg otherwise in: Khodabandelou, Khaledabadi, Abdi, and probably a few more as I don't keep up with PGPL enough to notice younger talent aside from highlights.
Finally we have U17 world cup next week with some promising players like Nima Andarz, so we will see what's going to happen

Up until recently, footballers prime were often when they were 28-30. That is when they were fully developed. Now a days its different. Football players are much for athletic, as the game has gotten more athletic. But not in Iran.. thats why our Best players are in their late 20s or start 30s. And i dont Think that Will change anytime soon

we have the most youth football apathetic Federation in the world, PGL clubs and coaches dont give AF about giving legit chances to youngins and barring Kia Academy No grass roots football program in the country..! so i wouldnt be holding my breath for too many teenage football prodigies poppin up barring perhaps a unknown surprise here n there suddenly coming outa nowhere..!! or maybe 1-2 of our U17 lil homies have themselves an eyebrow raising, standout performances in the upcoming WC and attract interest from good EU clubs with decent youth programs..!
ps
i agree that in general Iranian footballer mature bit late anyways... so there is still some hope for a Mid 20 yo surprise or 2 poppin outa PGL and TM trials as well..!! but such is also hardly invitable with clowns like GN coaching TM, with his clear reluctance so far to experiment with lesser known , promising youngins in his call ups..!!

I also agree with Iranian players maturing later, the generation from 2016-2022 was an anomaly with all the mid and early 20s players we had like Gholizadeh, Eza, Moharrami, Majid, Kanaani, Taremi, Azmoun, etc.
