that is why it is so important for us to win the next two matches to secure a spot and use the last two matches as a friendly to test players.

Even though the calendar for Europe and South america will be closed for friendlies in summer and fall but I can Africa and Oceana will be open, we need to grab as many friendlies as we can.

Uae wining today put them back in race to grab one of the top 2 seeds..imo there is race in this group things could get ugly fast for Iran if don't fix the defense.

And group c 2nd place is up for grab by few different teams.


This new format is not as easy as we thought.
