Subbing in Hajsafi just so he can increase his caps for TM is too funny. Man when we were 2-0 up, all I could think of was the phrase “2-0 is the most dangerous lead”. Once saman got subbed out, the team just crumbled. I. The grand scheme of things, this game will be forgotten but it is a shame we blew a 2 goal lead.

we really need a 1-2 week long high intensity fitness and stamina training camp prior to AC....!! Like those camps CQ used to have pre-WC 18 in africa..!!
today more so than anything else we simply got Outworked and out-hustled all over the pitch by an overall lesser quality team....!!
from my perspective, (barring lucky breaks) about the only other way we could beat a more superior in quality and experience and depth at AC is through out-work and out hustling them like uzies did today to us...! that will require us to massively improving our Team Fitness ..!
wonder if we could turn that upcoming friendly with Japan's B ? team into such a boot camp of sorts..?
this especially applies to our non EU legionnaire footballers ...! but you could throw Saeed in there as well..!!

First half : one of the best TM performances ever.
Second half: one of the worst TM performances ever.
And of course the turning point was Saman getting injured and subbed by Karimi. I have never liked Karimi, he is slow as a turtle and prone to mistakes. As soon as he came on we completely lost the midfield and it was him and his lame pass that led to Uzbeks first goal.
Please kick this guy out of TM as he is a liability.
Coaching staff also failed big time by not having the right answer to Katanec's second half tactics. We were very lucky not to lose this game as if it had gone on for another few min or so we would have conceded the 3rd for sure.
Let this be a big wake up call for the AC otherwise we are really in big trouble against Japan, S Korea and Australia.Comment

A point on the road in Tashkent is not the end of the world, but I am really dissapointed in our loser mentality to give up a 0-2 lead.
After watching this game, no more kaanani and shoja pairing , two hotheads, ezzat need to be benched, get your sh*t together or warm the bench, Ali Karimi no more.

Kanaani is the Certainly the best overall CB option we have currently regardless of his occasional his shenanigans...!
Shoja is also a relatively safe and combative CB partner next to him.... sure he lacks calm n composure in possesion and can't combine o pass well outa back but he is still a lively, hard nosed defensive tackler and man marker..!

there is some hope with PAG as an equal or slightly improved shoja replacement ... but oo yaroo ham ye kam kaleh khareh in his defensive approach and prone to have a nasty clash followed by lengthy injury layoff..!!
Not so sure Hazbavi is seasoned enough to handle high pressure situations either..!?
we got much bigger defensive problems at LB/LWB spot....!! and even a bigger void of quality depth in CM ..!
