This was surprising for me as well. I can't recall seeing him angry. They said it was due to being the captain for the first time. Azmoun and Shoma are actually close friends as far as I know. They played in RPL in Rostov, and now both of them play in Italy. Actually Sardar didn't take his place in Roma, it was Abraham and Dybala long before. Initially Eldor was brought in by Mourinho as a backup for Tammy anyways. I hope Sardar can cement his place in the starting squad unlike Shoma since he's more versatile and creative than him.

I read and concur with many comments here.

Unfortunatley the symptoms of this chronic desease that has been inflicted on Iranian football is not only prevelant at TM level but can be seen at all levels including Club teams, U20, U19 and even at U17.

This tells you that our football is sick from its very roots.
