Why can't we create good box to box or attacking midfielders in Iran?

I think the blame is probably on clubs and maybe CQ . Because in the past we had players like :

Bagheri ,Nekounam Shojaei , Ando , Karimi , Jabbari, Omid ebrahimi and even players like Nouri , Zandi and sattar zareh.

Its sad that even our top quality Midfield players have gone down the drain. e.g. Ezzatollahi (semi failure) , Nourollahi (arab money lover failure)

Maybe the blame is on CQ for his tactics in Team melli. All our players parked the bus and played as either defensive MD or CB in the back.

i've said this many times but probably mostly because Most iranian footballers (young or seasoned veterans) just dont seem to grasp the concept of clever Movement W/O the ball and creating sensible passing triangles and generally making themselves as an Easy Passing Target to the ball carrier..!!

there are rare breeds that pop up in our football from time to time... like jabbari, ebrahimi, sammy, navidkia, neku etc .. but even most of those fail to really live up to their full potentials in TM or irani teams because they are often surrounded with gaav supporting cast who either dont open themselves for a pass or when they do they lack the composure and vision to quickly pass it to the next open player or just ball hog it and sarpayeeni run with it till they lose the ball..!!

😄 are u talking about the persians at the park wear the soccer jersey their belly stick out so much and they do stop sineh with their belly, never play d,
always hang out at the opposing team goal and dead mizanan pas bedeh, or the persians atthe park got in fight with wife can't do nothing to her
and dishes are waiting for him at home comes and just goes for everyone's leg to take their anger out,
or the persians at park who cheat what score it is, if is 7-4 losing they score a goal and they say 7-6 and fight and argue until is 7-6, or the persian at the park bring the goals but if heget mad picks up his goals and treat to go home....

true that... love Ando ... but often dude couldnt hit the wide side of the barn with his forward passes...!!
yet overall still a far more polished and classy CDM/CM than other hardworking MF destroyers like Amiri n such..!!
him and Neku complemented each other really well ..!!
perhaps my favorite TM captain of last couple decades..!! cool head in pivotal moments and leadership by setting an example.... Not one teammate could ever out-worked nor out-hustled him on the pitch ..!!
thought CQ did him dirty forcing him into TM retirement rather hastily and class-lessly w/o a hint appreciation for his prior service ..!
