Why can't we produce good domestic coach?

Absolutely no link with the other thread on attacking midfield.

We are able to produce world class players like Taremi, AK, Azmoun, Mahdavikia.. But not able to have world standard coach. All thesr despite our reputation of having smart people, access to all big international games on tv, international experience either from former legionnaires or foreigners coming to our domestic football.

Please dont tell me GN, Yahya or Neku are world standard coach, as all of them have the typical iranian coaching shortcomings
