I can't differentiate between him and Torabi for the Khamenei slogans and the pro-IR stuff when kids are being killed on the street. Them both being fully up-for-it basiji members but I think Amiri is a little more hardcore in terms of his actual beliefs than Torabi

But agree as a footballer he can be slotted everywhere and is a total workhorse

In a democracy you should be allowed to have as stupid an opinion as possible as long as you don't hurt anyone.
Torabi made his statement for Khamenei and made it around the protests and women in the stadium issue (the next day?) which was an immediate disrespect to Team Melli fans men and women.
Regardless of his political beliefs he should have been thrown out of the team for disrespecting fans this way.

For me Torabi's actions are undefendable more than Amiri. I don't care that Amiri could be a potential IR supporter, he can hold whatever belief he wants. Torabi outright supported Khamenei in the face of people's deaths and anguish. To me that is 100% a cause to never forgive him. It's a shame such a shit person has so much talent.

Indonesia and Burkina Faso won't be televised most likely. Friendlies before major tournaments are always behind closed doors
