First of all, These were two friendly matches

Secondly, we shouldn't have even conceded against them in the first place.

Let's see him do it VS a decent side in meaningful match.

No chance we're even coming close to Japan, definitely will be outplayed by Korea, and good luck to us vs Australia or Saudi.

This coach is flat out GARBAGE. Let's not over-value his ali-asghari style wins (as perspolis#1 put it) in meaningless friendly matches.

You guys are wasting so much energy on useless CQ vs GN or SK talk .. it is what it is now and no one can chnage it .. GN is the coach, squad has been announced and we are almost there to start the tournament...

Let's see how we can turn this team into a winning one!

South Korea beats Iraq 1-0 in neutral venue. Interesting

Very afraid of South Korea scoring a long range/ outside the box goal on us. That’s how they scored today and bc of how slow our midfield is compared to there’s, I can see them taking a lot of shots from far away after passing saeid or saman, before they even reach out CBs

Thats a real problem if there is that much space between our CMs and CBs if Korea has possession.

If our team had any semblance of versatile players(besides Ghoddos) we could play with 3 CBs and have the middle one be able to push up while the other two cover. Ideally someone who has played both CB and CDM like a PAG(shame injury)

Alas 4-4-2 Tabrexit ball it is

Beiranvands knee is injured from the friendly and he was watching from sidelines today while others trained

Yes that is right. I guess I am just in general scared of the possibility of long shots on our goal. Whether those be from set pieces, interceptions, whatever. After that goal Son scored on abedzadeh, the goal they scored today, and the precision we know they have, it’s dangerous

I watched the game Korea versus Iraq, and one thing was very clear that tactics the Koreans were using all game it was predominantly, the same tactics all game , The left side was limited to crosses where the right side was predominantly, pulling the ball all the way to the sideline and pulling it back to the player that’s outside the box who will attempt to shoot it on goal . Their tactics are very easy and very clear run for 90 minutes nonstop and whenever we get possession Try to attempt a shot on goal and they were practicing it all game against Iraq.

the Iraqi defense was getting beat all game because , the Koreans, have been practicing the same maneuver and , if we are going to be successful against South Korea we need to make sure that our defenders and the defensive midfielders cover that man on the box. No man on the outside of box should be be left alone and make sure that our defenders don’t get beat on one on one situation when the Korean Attacking players, pushing to the box or on the outside of the boxes .

if we are going to beat Korea, we have to make sure the chances we create we take we can’t be messing up chances if we get a very good chance, score the chance this Korean team is all about their confidence and their ability that they know they will score you put 2 to 3 goals on this Korean team. They’re done they will be done.

I am confident that you've done more analysis than our TM staff plans on doing.

                        Thank you

Iraq is always a hard nut for us to crack ( the first leg of wcq 2022 when we won 3-0 aside) but i rather face them 11 times of 10 in a QF instead of SK

Dudes, Korea’s tactics whatever is left from Bento area.

Klinsmann is a bum coach. He just yells
motivational phrases. He’s been blessed with the best Korean team in history yet spends all his time in California.

It’s the most important advantage we have against them.
