Man the more I think about it the worse feeling I have about this AC. I just don't know if our backline has defensive capability to fight against the top teams. Imagine back four of HJ, Shoja, Kanaani, and Ramin. HJ and Ramin are both great offensively but can you imagine them against players like Mitoma? or even teams that just employ counterattacking like Uzbekistan recently did vs us. We would get caught off guard almost every time.
There are some clear solutions to RB and LB, like Moharrami for Ramin at RB against pacier teams like SK and Japan (I think Ramin would be fine vs Australia and Saudi).
What about left back? Milad can't pass, dribble, defend, or basically do anything besides going beep beep like roadrunner. Are we really stuck with HJ at LB and will be forced to watch TM get scored on from crosses on left side like a greek tragedy? Can the TM staff really not see what the avg PGPL commenter sees? That we need some sort of rigidity in defensive structure and some innovation at LB?
I don't know, its like watching the titanic sink and everyone is aware of the titanic sinking months before it happens except the people who are in control of it
