Compare with the decade below when that fraud just refused to even give a minute to a young Rahmati and a pretty good Roudbarian let alone likes of Talebloo etc... in favour of possibly the most soorakh keeper who needed a defender to take his goal kicks. I mean wtaf? Even for pointless friendlies? In that key 2005 year Mirzapour played EVERY SINGLE GAME instead of testing a sub.
At least now we have given minutes to Abedzadeh and Niazmand who at 28 has a lot of time as a keeper to develop further.
Man it pisses me off just thinking about how much football development we lost and how this guy Queiroz, despite not being perfect, had to build a unit from absolute scraps...

All of these decisions were criticised but surely they came good in the end? For me it counterbalanced omitting Azmoun and possibly Khalatbari for 2014

Huh! These are water under the bridge conversations!
Truth is, we have always been a hustler in game of football. We have had sparks, here and there and occasional real good footballers, but never solid and consistent.
Prior to Islamic b.s. we were taking some right steps but that got destroyed liked anything else by mullahs.

Nikbakht-Vahedi was a dynamic player who could have made it big. He had that Fenerbahche deal fall through ...
What ifs ... Ali Karimi, only if he went to Atletico Madrid early on in his career ...
Also, it was tough for Mehrdad Oladi (the Iranian Wayne Rooney) and Xerez FC, was a big deal who fell through. Unfortunately, it didn't work but because his PGPL club wouldn't release him. Missing out on playing in La Liga must have been really heartbreaking ..."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

Torabi is complete package of dribbling, physicality, shooting, finishing, passing, high IQ plays, and defensive help to his fullback. He could even be an 8 in the vain of vahid amiri, but more explosive. Issue with Torabi is he is majorly goshad and couldnt live outside of his block in tehran for more than a week. He even got homesick in fkin Doha lol.
The fact he is a total idiot as well is less of an issue imo, that could be solved somewhat by spending time in right EU environment (see Taremi as example, also not the brightest but managed to go through huge personal transformation in mindset/general smarts since moving to portugal, in addition to his professional development)

General should start Ghaedi and Azmoun upfront with Taremi slightly behind them, linking up with Ghoddos in midfield and cb Kaananis accurate forward passes.
THEN Taremi and lw Torabi can switch possessions at own will to add another side to our game.
TM offence wont be as easy to read and the combination of Ghaedi Taremi Azmoun aka G.T.A. will bring home the AC trophy......
