I have this game down as 3-0 but it could easily be more if the team cuts down on emotional hurrah hurrah play and just play a simple game. A typical goal can usually be scored with minimal number of touches 4-5 against a team like Lebanon. You don't need an entire team to attack or perform heroic acts.

Australia , Uzbekistan barely managed to beat Palestine with 1 goal and saudi draw against them. Saudi was under attack for majority of the game.
