This rule existed then too, but Taremi got a 2nd yellow in the quarterfinal and was suspended for semifinal. If we would have avoided that he would have his yellow wiped and been available for Semi and Final.

I believe the PC term per Paramount+ announcer is Hong Kong Chinese. Similar to Iranian-Armenian etc.
