In general, I think most of the player dig good enough beside ARJ. He was once again a big disappointment in TM. I cannot remember a TM game when he was a starter. And I heard on a TV show last night (I think it was Mazdak with Taghavi) something that I never thought about. Despite ARJ has almost 70 caps, he has only 10 full 90 minutes in tm.

Overall for me with a days contemplation, it was a professional and efficient performance by TM.
TM did what it needed to win.
Ghodoos is a perfect player for TM's style of play. If we had 2 like him in TM, I'd be alot happier about TM midfield status.

All in all, the issues still stand - can this team play at a level that can beat teams like Korea and Japan?
That is what I want to see. For example even though someone like Moharrami was excellent today, I don't think he can be a good RB unless he has a lot of defensive cover and space.

Better players will know how to expose our weaknesses.

Regarding JB, I think we have to look at his game in another way.
He makes a lot of mistakes, but he is a man of moments now. A good assist or goal, combined with alot of errors. He is great defensively though, so he can cover alot for his mistakes.

Hajisafi still needs to be benched. I really wish Vahid Amiri had been in form.

Under CQ we tied Palestine 1-1 with the same players and more fit Ezatolahi/Azmoun in our amazing 2018 squad lol. I'm no fan of GN but this expectation that we should never concede is crazy and delusional...even Japan conceded 2 goals from Vietnam. South Korea also conceded against Bahrain.

Want to know another fact? We have scored 28 goals in past 8 games, something that took CQ double that. Despite that, I still prefer CQ but let's stop this ridiculous bashing of GN. I hope he wins the Asian cup so I don't have to hear about CQ anymore because I'm sick of our inability to move on.
