Karimi was a highly skilled dribller playing in an era with loose defenders. Asia has become very tight now with teams playing defensive (we can thank queiroz for bringinf this to asia) so Karimi had magic for us yes, but he did nothing in 2002 world cup, 2006 world cup and 2010

Taremi and azmoun have scored in every big game theyve played. Taremi and azmoun have successful european careers (karimi not so much) so i love our duo of taremi azmoun i just wish we had a gattuso behind them

I also prefer Torabi over ghaedi vs more physical teams but it ain’t gonna happen. Is Torabi dealing with an injury? He’s barely played if at all this tournament so far.

On the show Azizi is on he seemed to imply Torabi has off-field issues.
I think his whole Basij Boy behavior has made him unlikable to even TM staff.

When you say Taremi/Azmoun in big games, do you mean just tournaments? Because neither managed to score against Portugal in 2018, Japan in 2019, or USA in 2022. I guess SA scored against Iraq in 2015, and Taremi against England in 2022. Neither of which contributed to victory. Karimi SK ‘04 and Daei SK ‘96 were legendary performances and I don’t think Taremi/Azmoun has had such an impactful game in TM shirt yet.

but i do refer to big games as asian qualifiers as well, i just have traumarizarion of not qualifying (under karimi and daei) but with SA/MT we are always there.

Also cant judge taremi and sardar for not scoring in 18 wc or 2022, look unexpected heros appear in wc. Estilli/ cheshmi.. glomohammadi.. bakhtiarzareh 😂

You do understand that football matches aren't won on paper and ANYTHING can happen. Iceland beat England in a major tournament ffs! You need to inject some positivity in your life, otherwise you're going to lead quite a bitter life.
