I’m absolutely waking up 3:30AM on Saturday for Japan. Cmon guys, it is. Weekend. What else are u doing? So tired of this mentality of we will lose to Japan. Taremi did jack shit today except a penalty. We play Ghoddos behind azmoun and start 2 extra wingers. Simple

It was Cheshmi's errant pass and slow runback that made Mehdi Taremi pick up the second yellow."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. BTW, can anyone tell me that VAR doesn't have a right to interfere once the flag goes up! That's how they got the penalty.
Did we get screwed?"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. Most of us here know too well
that we suck in many areas of football
but still one of the top four teams in Asia.
How bad Syria is for not being able
to defeat IR team with 10 men
and the hated they probably have
against IR and that food stuff guy
that caused so many of them to perish.
You could see they really wanted to beat IRTM
But the real test is against the other top three.
We will not beat Japan unless the lady luck is
totally drunk and fancies us more than the Japanese.
Then we will be facing the other in the final that is if we
beat either Uzbeks or Qataris both of whom have caused huge
problems for us in the past.
Anyhow, four finals
one we passed by the skin of our teeth
three more to go
I reckon next one is the last one
But I hope I am wrong for the sake of
those young ones whose heart still remains
intact unlike us older geezers here.

similar to Iraq we need to line up a buncha of our narekhars and play a physical and gritty game to have any chance of snatching victory against japan..!!

excellent analysis on Football 360 by pejman. basically says for some reason vs these teams iraq, syria whenever we get scored on we panic big time when there is no need, we are better
syria was really bad today. we barely attacked and made many chances to score. cuper effect overrated. we just shoot ourselves in foot as always. we could have won 3-0

What's the official ruling by FIFA on that?"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis.
