Many Iranians always cry on the wrong grave. Wow.. now you feel sorry for Iraq??? did you ever feel sorry for Iran in 2015? Jordanian celebration was short and was not against anyone else while the Iraqi celebration was too long and also offensive.

I was in Canberra at the game on that fateful day in 2015...and i can tell you the iraqis danced, beat drums and celebrated in our faces all the way out. Half the stadium were iranian, so a substantial iranian contingent, although we felt robbed but did not react at all to the iraqi in-our-face taunting. I was proud of the way TM fought until the end on the day and very proud of the supporters to be so mature and not to react & end up fighting with the iraqis...i would think if TM had won & we celebrated in their faces like that we would ended up in many fights.

Was rewatching the play where Aymen got his first yellow card. Pretty much he thought he was fouled but ref didn’t call it. As play continued, for around 5-10 seconds Aymen is seen yelling and stomping his way towards faghani. This prob pissed him off enough to not forget about his behaviour

He even touched Faghani afterward with his elbow. Touching referees unless you handshake is a huge no no. Dumbass didn't realize Faghani wouldn't forget. Lol

^ he wanted to tell Faghani how the defender used his elbow on him and due to his lack of English speaking, he was trying to tell him in his own way which was not that smart. But you guys did not see how he was almost attacking AF? hence he got his first yellow because he was aggressive and he totally ignored Faghani when he was asking him to end his celebration but he came and sat on the ground and continued hence he got the 2nd yellow card.

I hope a lot of people who always take the other side, open their eyes before always coming here and start defending others. Faghani is a very by the book ref and he did exactly like the book asked him and I posted it for you. The law says to give him a yellow and he did and due to his first card, he got ejected. It is the players responsibility to behave and he ignored the ref and the law.

After reading and digging into it, I've learned that Faghani was 100% correct. I'm so glad these anti persian Iraqis are out. This tournament is much better without them anyways.

Its really pathetic that the pre-selected stadium for the Uzbek - Thailand game is a lot bigger than the dinky stadium we will play tomorrow. BTW the stadium is quite empty.

^ It is easy because you just tell the computer to give certain countries the chance of ending up in lower quality stadiums. Or why would Qatar who has had a world cup there does not provide a better stadium? it's the politics of the game we all mostly miss.
